Marta I. Riveros

Marta I. (Misha) Riveros is a 20+ year multi-lingual executive with a distinguished track record of changing slow or no growth companies to achieve dramatically improved results. Her record includes demonstrated success in aligning global organizations, developing innovative marketplace approaches, brand strategies and coaching talent across diversified industries including chemicals, automotive and packaging. Throughout her youth and professional life, Misha has resided across several continents.

Her strong entrepreneurial and general management skills are supported by highly successful achievements in diverse global assignments with companies such as General Electric, Alcoa and Rexam.

She is a skilled negotiator with proven abilities in the establishment of productive, long term customer relationships. She has significant experience in government, media and industry communications. Misha is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Misha was named one of the “Top 10 Most Influential Women in Mexico” by Expansion Magazine and has been an invited panelist and presenter at leading industry forums.

In her current role, Misha is heading global marketing, R&D engineering and product development for Ranpak Corporation, a holding of the private equity group Rhône Capital, LLC. Prior to entering the private equity space, Misha held the position of President, Energy at Pall Corporation, based out of New York. She is on the Advisory Board of the New Jersey Institute of Technology School of Management.

Misha is a Henry King Stanford alumnus of the University of Miami, FL and an honors graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y., where she earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
