Assistant Professor of Marketing and Doctoral Student Receive Best Paper Award at PDMA Conference

Haisu Zhang, assistant professor of marketing and entrepreneurship at NJIT's Martin Tuchman School of Management and doctoral student Weizhi Chen received the Best Paper award at the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) Annual Conference Research Forum. Their research ("Crowdfunding Technological Innovations: Consumer Benefits as First Impression") was presented at the conference on November 11, 2017. Their winning project examines how to use consumer benefits and rewards interactively to influence the backer's funding decision at the crowdfunding platform.
