About Me

 

Randy Reagan is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management at NJIT where he teaches a wide range of management classes and conducts research in quantitative management. Prior to working at NJIT he spent over twenty years in industry as a Senior Program Leader managing strategic business units, product groups and R&D programs in small, medium and large companies.

As an entrepreneurial business leader he created over $3B in growth and effectively managed P&L across a range of product management, operations and marketing organizations. As an R&D leader he designed, developed and launched over 500 new hardware, software and IT products by applying a broad range of technology and engineering management skills. As an innovation leader he has been awarded 54 patents and is best known for tackling challenging problems and inspiring high performance teams.
