The Leir Research Institute Hosts Luncheons For Collaboration

The Leir Research Institute began hosting Research Luncheons this fall, bringing together MTSM faculty and doctoral students. Participants are given the opportunity to present their current research and brainstorm ideas for collaborative projects. Research Luncheons aim to facilitate working teams of senior faculty, junior faculty, and students that go on to apply for LRI Faculty Seed Grants. The Leir Research Institute has continued its seminar series this semester and recently opened the Leir Data Observatory. The LRI FinTech Symposium in August attracted record registration (250+) this year with most coming as external (non-NJIT) stakeholders.
